With the first of February already here, this year has flown by, it seems like yesterday that school was just starting and now we are over half way through with the year. I hope all of the snow and ice has not been too much of a burden to all of you. I'm sure you are all working hair on your cattle and getting them in tip top shape because the county shows are coming up quickly! Oklahoma Youth Expo is also fast approaching; I can't wait to see all of you around in the show barn! For you seniors out there, I'm sure college applications, scholarships, and scrapbooks are on all of your minds, but don't forget about your cattle out there because it is our final year in the show ring. I hate to imagine that our final year of high school and showing is actually here! As for those of you that still have a few more years left, keep working hard in the show ring because it will be over before you realize it. I wish you all the best of luck with your show projects, in and out of the ring! Until next time!
